the location was great (i loved being so close to everything). the pier was right in front of me. the town center was just behind the building. the staff were helpful too. the room was nice and bright. housekeeping happened daily.
i found the mattress a little soft. the room was a bit dated. it wasn't a problem for me since it was the weekend. i don't know how it is during the week though.

The staff was friendly. the location was good.
The room felt cramped. The shower had poor water flow and inadequate temperature control. I left earlier than planned because the room felt suffocating, even with the window open.

The location was near the center and cleaning was done well daily.
My double room was apparently not pet-friendly so I had to take a twin room instead after a bit of confusion. The room included a broken drawer and ripped window nets, so maybe the damage fee is not enough to cover repairs.

the staff stored my bike in the store room. this was important to me. the check in process was fast.
the bed felt a little hard, i did not sleep well. a towel on the bed was blood stained, and i didnt like it.

the staff were very friendly! and my room had everything i needed. check in was easy and i got the parking permits quickly.
the room was very hot, even with the window open all night. also. there was no shower gel or soap. i had to ask for it again!
